Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Procedure

Please note our policy: Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange at ShopSwank.com or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. Even if you have an affiliation with the owner, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not return any SALE or "FINAL SALE" item, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given a store credit.

CANCELLATIONS: We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been processed and shipped. However, our warehouse works fast to make sure your order is shipped out on time. We cannot make any changes/cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped. Sorry :(
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
FINAL SALE items can NOT be returned.
Final Sale items include: Belts, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Handbags, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves, as well as any SALE merchandise. Sale Merchandise means Any Marked Down or Reduced Price item(s).
Shoes are also final sale items and are NOT eligible for returns. However, we will accommodate a different shoe size exchange if your preferred size is in stock. You MUST email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting your size exchange before you return the shoes.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE:
Allowable returned items will be given a refund (if within the allotted time period) or store credit. ShopSwank.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of the date your package was delivered and we will provide you with your choice of a refund or a store credit, or exchange, less shipping costs.
Items returned to us within 10 days of the date your package was delivered, we will provide you with a store credit, or exchange, less shipping costs. Store Credits are good for one year from their issue date. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted. If we receive your item past 10 days, you will be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee and the item will be sent back to you.
A shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for all exchanges. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the returned credit amount. Please view our website for shipping charges.
You must include and fill out the Returns Policy form that was sent in your package when you send your item back. Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. On the form, you must indicate the reason for return and whether you would like to receive a refund (if within the allotted time period) or store credit. See the checklist on our RETURNS POLICY page.
Items purchased using a promotional code are subject to a modified policy depending on the promotion. Depending on the promotion, the items may be final sale or eligible for store credit only. Check the promotional code’s terms.
All returns MUST be sent with the original black seal tag attached to your item. If you send the item back with this tag not attached, you will NOT be eligible for a return and you will be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee to send the item back to you. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
All items must be UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, UN-DAMAGED, UN-USED and in perfect condition with tags attached, INCLUDING the seal tag.
RETURNS will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, seal tag, hangtags, etc. including the original invoice. ShopSwank.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Most full price retail items are eligible for return for a refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of the date your package was delivered or a store credit/exchange within 10 days. Returns will not be accepted past 10 days. If we receive your item past 10 days, you will be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee and the item will be sent back to you.
