PRE-ORDER POLICY:
Pre-Order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept returns on pre-order items for store credit only, refunds will not be permitted.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date from our warehouse to you based on information from the manufacturer. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturer. Only if we are unable to fill your order will we issue a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS:All items go through an inspection process before they are sent out. If for some reason you notice a mistake or damage to your item, please contact customer service at 404-231-4114 or swank@swankatlanta.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will rectify the situation! RETURN FEES:
A $15.00 handling fee is deducted from your refund or store credit upon receipt of your return if you received free shipping for your order.
