Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

OUR POLICY:

Most full price retail items purchased from SWANK are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of the date your package was delivered or a Store Credit/Exchange within 10 days. 

Returns will not be accepted past 10 days. If we receive your item past 10 days, you will be subject to a $15.00 re-shipping fee and the item will be sent back to you.

Items purchased using a promotional code are subject to a modified policy depending on the promotion. Depending on the promotion, the items may be final sale or eligible for store credit only. Check the promotional code’s terms.

All returns MUST be sent with the original black seal tag attached to your item. If you send the item back with this tag not attached, you will NOT be eligible for a return and you will be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee to send the item back to you. Even if you have an affiliation with the owner, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

All items must be UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, UN-DAMAGED, UN-USED and in perfect condition with tags attached, INCLUDING the seal tag.

Pack your merchandise with care. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. SWANK cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.  

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

You must include and fill out the Returns Policy form that is sent in your package when you send your item back. On the form, you must indicate the reason for return and whether you would like to receive a refund (if within the allotted time period) or store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: FINAL SALE items can NOT be returned. 

Final Sale items include: Belts, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Handbags, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves, as well as any SALE merchandise. Sale Merchandise means Any Marked Down or Reduced Price item(s).

Shoes are also final sale items and are NOT eligible for returns. However, we will accommodate a different shoe size exchange if your preferred size is in stock. You MUST email us at swank@swankatlanta.com requesting your size exchange before you return the shoes.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:  Items purchased using a promotional code will only be eligible for a return for store credit; purchases made using a promotional code are non-refundable.

All items purchased using a storewide promotion that states that the promotion is for final sale only, will not be issued a store credit or exchange. All items purchased with a discount greater than 30% are final sale. Items always excluded from storewide promotions include: custom made shoes, earrings, soap, and gift certificates. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

Pre-Order items are sold on a first come first serve basis.  We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept returns on pre-order items for store credit only, refunds will not be permitted.

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date from our warehouse to you based on information from the manufacturer.  We are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturer.  Only if we are unable to fill your order will we issue a full refund. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:  All items go through an inspection process before they are sent out. If for some reason you notice a mistake or damage to your item, please contact customer service at 404-231-4114 or swank@swankatlanta.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will rectify the situation! Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be made.

RETURN FEES: 

A $15.00 handling fee is deducted from your refund or store credit upon receipt of your return if you received free shipping for your order.

If you are receiving a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), a $5.99 processing & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are an international customer, we cannot refund you for any duties or taxes you incurred.

PROCESSING:

Refunds and store credits will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

If you are receiving store credit, it will be emailed to you via an e-gift card that is valid for one year from its issue date. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still did not receive it after 7 business days of us receiving your return, contact us at swank@swankatlanta.com or 404-231-4114.

Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, seal tag, hangtags, etc. including the original invoice.  ShopSwank.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS:  We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been processed and shipped. However, our warehouse works fast to make sure your order is shipped out on time. We cannot make any changes/cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped. Sorry :( 

MODIFIED POLICY:  If you return more than $5000.00 of merchandise within a 12 month period, you will be subject to a modified returns policy. We will contact you if this applies to you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE:

Allowable returned items will be given a refund (if within the allotted time period) or store credit.  ShopSwank.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of the date your package was delivered and we will provide you with your choice of a refund or a store credit, or exchange, less shipping costs.

Items returned to us within 10 days of the date your package was delivered, we will provide you with a store credit, or exchange, less shipping costs. Store Credits are good for one year from their issue date.  

Items received after 10 days will not be accepted. If we receive your item past 10 days, you will be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee and the item will be sent back to you.

A shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for all exchanges.  If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the returned credit amount.  Please view our website for shipping charges.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

(Use this checklist to make sure all necessary steps are taken in returning your merchandise.)

  • Make sure you have read the entire return and exchange policy and procedure to make sure you are eligible to return the item.
  • You must include and fill out the Returns Policy form that was sent in your package when you send your item back.
  • Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice.
  • On the form, you must indicate the reason for return and whether you would like to receive a refund (if within the allotted time period) or a store credit or exchange.
  • Please note, if you are exchanging the item, make sure to indicate on the return form the different size or different color, you will be exchanging for.
  • Make sure the items you are returning are in their original condition, with all the original tickets, seal tag, hangtags, etc.. attached. Also including the original invoice
